Ketorolac Tromethamine

Uses
Toradol (ketorolac tromethamine) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is used to treat moderately severe pain and inflammation, usually after surgery. Toradol works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, compounds that cause pain, fever, and inflammation.
Side Effects
Gastric ulceration & bleeding, edema, nausea, dyspepsia, gastro-intestinal pain, diarrhoea, drowsiness, dizziness, headache & sweating.
Precautions
Impaired renal or hepatic functions. Pregnancy (only if clearly needed). Not to be used in children. Not recommended during labour & delivery. To be used with caution in nursing women and elderly.
