Handling & Delivery Charges

The handling and delivery charges are based on several factors, namely weight of the products and the delivery PIN code.

1. The charges will be calculated on the total weight of the products. They will be charged in a unit of 500 grams weight. First 500 grams will be charged as one unit and each subsequent 500 gram they will be charged as 0.5 unit. E.g. first 500 gram = 1 unit, 700 gram = 1.5 unit, 1200 gram = 2 units, 1700 gram = 2.5 units and so on.

2. The serviceable PIN codes by Chemists mart are divided into three zones. The handling and delivery charges per unit for each zone is as follows. However they will be revised time to time.

1. Zone 1 (U.P., NCR) = Rs 80

2. Zone 2 (Other states except NE State, J & K, Andman) = Rs 125

3. Zone 3 (North East, J & K, Andman & Nicobar) = Rs 140

3. Discount on delivery charges. - There will be a discount on handling and delivery charges. There will be a discount of 8% of order value after discounts, on the orders with value of above Rs.500. This discount will be provided on handling and delivery charges only, it can neither be availed on any other service or products nor it can be en-cashed.
